General Return Policy

We offer a 1 month return policy from the date you received your product. Read more on the procedures and terms and conditions if you wish to return a product.

Damage in Transit (Upon Receiving)

Accidents may happen during the delivery process and is often out of our control. However, we have insurance that got you covered if your order was damaged during the delivery process. Find out how to claim for such damages.

Shipping

All products purchased within business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We currently provide standard shipping (either Sendle or Auspost) Australia wide. Extra rates may apply for rural classified areas.
